Le Mobile World Congress voit chaque année presque toutes les plus grandes entreprises technologiques du monde se rendre à Barcelone pour présenter les dernières et meilleures technologies mobiles. Cette année ne sera pas différente, avec de nombreuses grandes marques annonçant déjà leurs lancements avant l'ouverture officielle du salon le lundi 26 février.
Nous y serons en personne cette année, armés d’ordinateurs portables, d’appareils photo et avides de la prochaine grande nouveauté. Nous aurons aussi des tapas et de la bière, à cause de Barcelone.

Le Nothing Phone 2 a été lancé en juillet 2023. On sait peu de choses sur le 2A, mais il sera lancé en mars.
Des téléphones, beaucoup de téléphones
Il s'agit d'un salon axé sur le mobile, il est donc raisonnable de supposer que nous verrons de nouveaux téléphones de toute une variété de marques. Dans les années typiques, nous verrions des lancements tels que Nokia, TCL, Honneur et bien d’autres et nous nous attendrions absolument à voir de nouveaux lancements cette fois-ci. En fait, Honor a déjà confirmé le lancement de son produit phare Magic 6 Pro le 25 février.
La marque de téléphonie mobile basée à Londres, Nothing, aurait lancé son nouveau téléphone, le Rien Téléphone 2A au MWC, mais la société a confirmé un événement de lancement le 5 mars, donc cela tombe techniquement en dehors des horaires du MWC. Pourtant, c’est suffisamment proche pour mériter une mention sur cette liste.

Concepts de pliage époustouflants de Motorola
L'année dernière, Motorola nous a offert un téléphone concept étonnant qui comportait un écran enroulable qui s'étendait automatiquement hors du téléphone. C'était un produit passionnant à voir en chair et en os, même si la société n'a fait aucun commentaire sur sa éventuelle mise en vente.
En octobre, Motorola a présenté un autre type d'appareil pliable : un téléphone qui peut être porté comme un bracelet. Bien que la société n'ait rien dit sur le lancement de ce concept en tant que produit réel, nous nous attendons fermement à ce qu'il soit présenté en personne au MWC, et nous sommes ravis de potentiellement mettre la main (enfin, les poignets) dessus.

Concepts OnePlus et Watch 2
En parlant de concepts, OnePlus a de bons antécédents en matière de présentation de versions conceptuelles originales de ses appareils lors du salon. La société n'a pas encore annoncé de nouveau concept pour le salon de cette année, mais nous gardons espoir que quelque chose d'inhabituel soit présenté.

Anneaux intelligents et casques de réalité mixte
Samsung a teasé son prochain portable, le Bague Galaxie, lors de son événement Galaxy Unpacked en janvier, mais nous en avons jusqu'à présent très peu vu. Il est possible que Samsung montre davantage la bague – ou du moins laissez-nous en mettre une – pendant le spectacle. Ou encore, il pourrait continuer à garder ses cartes près de sa poitrine.
Quoi qu'il en soit, les grandes annonces technologiques comme celle-ci ont l'habitude de susciter des idées similaires chez d'autres joueurs et il est fort probable que nous verrons des appareils portables similaires d'autres marques au salon. Reste à savoir si ceux-ci prendront la forme de bagues ou si nous assisterons à un afflux soudain de colliers intelligents ou de piercings de nez intelligents.

Mais il en va probablement de même pour les casques de réalité mixte ou d’informatique spatiale. Vision Pro d'Apple fait de grandes vagues dans le monde de la technologie et a même réussi à impressionner notre propre Scott Stein, qui l'a qualifié de « regard époustouflant sur un avenir inachevé ». Bien qu'Apple ne participe jamais à ces salons, il est fort probable que nous verrons des appareils concurrents de marques vouloir se lancer dans l'action informatique des casques.

La nouvelle voiture électrique SU7 de Xiaomi
Les rumeurs suggèrent que Xiaomi dévoilera ses derniers téléphones Xiaomi 14 et 14 Ultra, ces derniers étant dotés de titane afin de suivre le rythme d'Apple et de Samsung. Des choses passionnantes, bien sûr, mais l’entreprise pourrait avoir un produit encore plus important à montrer.
Xiaomi a été clair depuis 2021 sur ses projets d'entrée sur le marché automobile et à la fin de l'année dernière, il a annoncé son premier VE, le Xiaomi SU7. Xiaomi prévoit de devenir l'un des cinq plus grands constructeurs automobiles au monde, nous nous attendons donc fermement à ce que ce véhicule apparaisse sous une forme ou une autre dans le cadre de la vitrine MWC 2024 de l'entreprise.
